A decent example of this difficult to locate date.  It seems all of the Elizabeth I Sixpences with the Crescent Mintmark are hard to find

This one has a reasonable portrait with most details still remaining, there are weak spots in the crown area and the rose.
A strong legend with a great mintmark.

The reverse is a little weaker and exhibits some doubling, particularly on the '8' of the date and the doubled Crescent mintmark almost looks like a "W".  Quite weak on the two left quadrants of the shield. The '5' of the date is also weak, but extant.
