Sixpences in the teens seem
fairly difficult to locate, the 1615 being no exception although
a little more available than 1613 or 1614.
This one is a little dark and
has some clipping typical of the period. Still sporting a
reasonable portrait and decent legends.
The reverse carries a nice
shield and strong legends
James' 4th bust
ET HIB REX
QUAE DEUS CONJUNXIT NEMO SEPARET
What God hath joined together let no man put asunder.
